Someone asked me yesterday what I missed most about living in a house. Immediately, I thought - having an unlimited amount of water, without having to go fill up containers (which was something I totally took for granted, people use sooo much water guys!) Then I sat there for a second, after a moment laughed to myself. I miss getting out of the shower and sitting on my bed, in a towel, doing nothing for at least 20 minutes 😂 These days I’m dried off and immediately clothed within seconds. Oh the days of drying off naked on my bed 🤣 which had me thinking.. if that’s all I’m really missing- I’d say we’re doing pretty good😊

Sprinkles Vegan Red Velvet Cupcake
Sprinkles Vegan Red Velvet Cupcake has to be one of my favorite cupcakes. Even though I’m not a big fan of anything coconut, I actually really enjoyed this cupcake’s cream cheese frosting. It’s made with tofu and coconut oil, but you can’t taste the tofu at all, and the coconut flavor isn’t too overpowering. The cake is delicious, moist, not too dense; while overall, the cupcake isn’t just a mouthful of sweetness. If I had this cupcake before I went vegan, I still would’ve loved it and would not have been able to distinguish this from a non-vegan cupcake.
This cupcake costs about $4. Even though it is a bit pricey, I’d highly suggest giving this cupcake a try the next time you find yourself near a Sprinkles Cupcakes. Just look for that red fondant ‘V’ on the top of the cupcake, that signifies it’s vegan!
